I cannot imagine what makes a person want to take the life of another, to cut the body up into pieces presumably in an attempt to escape punishment for the crime is beyond belief. My thoughts and prayers are with Beckys Family and friends at this time of need

I felt sickened when I heard about this earlier today. How can anyone do this to anyone, let alone a 16-year-old girl? However, I am against capital punishment.
I would only give out the death penalty in extreme circumstances. Obviously some people have been sent down when they are innocent and it would be bad if someone was handed the death penalty when they done no wrong. It would be a case by case situation. A case like this, the scum who did this should get the worse kind of death penalty possible. Also I think the parents should be given the choice of treatment like injection or hanging or whatever and also be given the option if they want to be the ones to administer the treatment like if injection was chosen, they would do the injecting for example. If it was my daughter, I personally would accept the offer to choose the death treatment and administer.
Fellow Gasheads the family of Becky Watts need support and the strength that comes with that support, what they don't need is anger. Please keep the family in your thoughts and if they are known to you give whatever help you can if they ask and if you are able to be at the match on Saturday show the young lady now sadly taken from the Watts family the respect due
This whole story is heartbreaking. The poor girl was just starting out in life, I can't even begin to imagine what her family are going through. Old Timer is right, the time for anger is for another day. For now just pray for Becky and her family.
Sorry if I offended anyone. I just see my 2 girls and think if anything happened to them I would literally go into revenge mode. This whole thing will turn ugly. Hope they lock them up for a very long time I believe this was Becky's fathers partners son wonder how that effects the relationship, the divided family needs to be strong and support each other to help the healing process have a chance of working. Thoughts are with the family at this time
