vs Again apologies I couldn't get a match thread up last week but here is the one for the 'big' game tomorrow. Last week saw another impressive away performance by our boys and Callum Harriot scored his first senior goal for the club in the 1-0 win against Huddersfield. Millwall last played on Wednesday night in an Fa Cup quarter final replay. They won the game 1-0 courtesy of a Danny ****tu goal and now face Wigan at Wembley in the semi-final. Our game earlier in the season against Millwall was a 0-0 borefest and more was made out of the flare at the end of the game than any football that took place on the pitch. Inconsistency has really killed us this season and realistically we won't make the playoffs so lets try and build now for next season. Harriot in my opinion should keep getting game time in hope that he can become our first choice left winger for next season. We have taken 7 points in our last 6 league games whilst Millwall have lost 5 of their last 6 and taken only 3 points so despite their cup run they have been very poor in the league of late.
Nice one Belv Wot no Kermit in your squad? Plus I can see Gower being on the bench with Waggy or Greeny being dropped from match day squad. My team - ...............Button................ 5' 3"...Morrow...Taylor...Wiggy Wilson...Pritch...Jacko...Messi ...........Kermit............... ..................Haynes...............
We have higher standards! But, seriously, he is coming to Charlton to improve on what we have already got, if only for the short-term. There is a difference between that and being on the bench as cover and maybe having to come on for the last 20 minutes. He has been playing in the Swansea first team for four years so if he came on as sub he would know their play. Harder to come on for Charlton if he has just arrived.
Eddie, in all honesty I wouldn't be surprised if the Good Doctor surprised us all and started him I have just been watching them train and he looks fit to me In fact the whole squad look in high spirits!
There's hardly any difference between ours and Swansea's style of play, so it should be an easy transition for him to make.
Here's an interesting development - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21792036 Easter's so-so but always rated Chaplow.
Just seen on sky sports that we have the worst home record in the division! Still its a derby and anything can happen COYR
