Just been told Matt Mills has apologised to Pearson and they have agreed he can stay and fight for a shirt. Nigel has now proven he is in charge to Mills so Mills' ego has been bruised by the saga.
He can fight for it but I think he'll have to wait for injuries or suspensions - technically he is behind Morgan, St Ledger, Tunchev and Bamba - he is on a par with Bamba and Morgan in terms of strength and aggression but is markedly slower than both - got nothing against the guy and maybe he can learn from both NP and Wes Morgan - but right now you wouldn't be thinking he'll be starting any time soon.
I hope he doesn't go straight back into the squad ahead of Bamba on the bench. He should be made to wait for his chance and bide his time. SSL only got his chance due to injuries etc. and it should be the same with Mills.
At the minute Mills is 4th choice. The only way i can see him playing anytime soon is if there is injuries or suspensions, or Sol Bamba falls out with Nigel I think Tunchev will be gone in the summer
