David Milliband is ex-Foreign Minister. His international contacts should be an asset in gaining foreign sponsors, raising foreign awareness, etc. I think that was the idea anyway.
Even if he doesn't know all the right people in every single country, he has contacts in British Embassies who can soon arrange an introduction. I'm against a politician being the mouthpiece of SAFC in Britain because politicians go out of favour too easily. Quinn's our mouthpiece here. But internationally, I think Milliband's probably an asset.
