Yeap, pretty good summary of the situation - I think under the right new manager, the goals will come back and Nicky, Brett, Stready and Ryan supplied by JCR and Albert will get us climbing the table quickly and Nicky might well be tempted to stay and see what happens.... Edit:- don't forget Clarkey who is getting games now and just got man of the match on the televised game on Sky - I think he is a classy player who never really got much of a chance from some supporters - he might get a run under a Scottish manager...!
Cheers Prem, yep I'm still pretty hopeful we'll be fine as long as we can get it moving soon. Re Clarkson I saw a handful of matches where he looked great, Watford away lst season I particularly remember as he came on & his touch and vision was superb, albeit in losing cause. But for next four games he did nothing of any note and that's his problem for me
He has always been one of my favourites, seems to have something about him, certainly helped us out the mire last season for a while...thats why I said recently let him go to a decent team where he can be appreciated
