Newcastle upon Tyne
Newcastle fan in peace.

Been reported that Cardiff will sign Mike Williamson from us for £2 million. Can't say I'm too disappointed as I never really thought he was good enough but might do alright for a club a little lower down in the league. Good luck with him he can be very frustrating to watch.

Good luck next season and hope you smash Sunderland twice!

cheers hatem, williamson looks a decent player, we have been linked with leon barnett and CB who did well for us on loan, and i personally dont rate barnett at PL level.

not a signing to get you out of your seat but he's played a fair few games and as far as i can see hasnt let anyone down. hudson and turner have been the partnership for the past 2 seasons and although they were the best pairing in the championship, competition is needed there as our only other senior CB connelly has been played at RB.

good luck

Been hearing this around and about, I don't think it's a goer to be honest, not sure he is what we need .

Not sure I like this thread - if we finis ' a little lower down in the league' than Newcastle did we'll be relegated. So, basically we could sign a player who wasn't good enough to get in to a side just about fit for relegation? Oops!

Well the season before last we finished 5th and just didnt strengthen enough to cope with europe. So we should be back around top 10 next season all i meant was that he'd probably do a decent job for a team concentrating on staying in the league. Unless of course you expect Cardiff to push straight for european places.

I can't.imagine.malky paying.2mil for.a no good player tbh,he's a better manager than that......hence the fact we controlled the championship from November onwards.......:......he knows what it will take 2survive nxt year and will buy the right mix of players.......what he can't control is bad luck on the injury front.....what will be will be

ok player, never let anyone down, but not good enough, the reaction of the newcastle fans says it all.
