So so glad he came back today. We look a much better team with him in than Perch, perfect game for him to come back as Bolton were bad and didn't challenge him too much. Good aerial contributions which is what we needed, nice to see an opposition not look a threat from corners for a change.

Obviously blowing out his arse at the end but well done Willo, very capable defender at this level. Looked to be limping a little too, hopefully he stays fit until at least January.

Anybody is better than Perch at the back as Perch is more of a CM. Was good to see him back today, he did look abit tired in the end and maybe should of been subbed, but like you said it was a perfect game for him to come back. :)

Willo looks more comfortable than his performances in the latter half of last season.

He did bring a lot to the back. I still don't rate him anywhere near as much as Stevey Taylor, BUT he's the best we have at the moment by a mile. Simply put, he's a proper centre back, and you can really tell. He's not someone out of position, or someone who is a utility player, he's just someone who knows his role.

We desperately need another CB though, we can't afford to have Perch anywhere near our defence not to mention the midfield!

Yeah I think he is a solid, if not spectacular CB for the premiership, who always puts in a good shift. In the air he is comfortable, the main thing with him is I'm still not confident against real pace.
If I were picking a team for Liverpool I'd leave out Carroll and tell Suarez, Bellamy and Kuyt to run at at Taylor, Collo (vs WBA he got left a few times) and Williamson. We'll see.

Couldn't agree more. We also need a striker because once we start with Shola we'll struggle.

Let's hope he's fit for Friday and we get another CB in in January so he can be cover.

With a new CB and a new striker we should be able to finish well this season.

I'd love a new winger as well, but I can't see it happening.

He had a good come back and it was a good game for him to come back to with us up against the racists at klanfield next. Suarez had him all over last year and i think willo gave away a pen against him. Hopefully he's learned
