Mike Robbins has been appointed as Head of Player Recruitment by Martin Allen. He is going to create a database of potential players for the club to sign in all positions. Mad Dog has requested that the database is to be stored onto a disc in order for it to remain at the club, even after his tenure. I hope this works because we know by having a good scouting system you can pick up some real gems. We only have to look at Paulo as ideal example of a young talented player out there. Im also pleased to see that Martin generally cares about this club that he's willing for this database to stay at the club even if he was to potentially lost his job.

I think this is good for the future of the club that we have a database like this. It is good to see that we are going into depth to have people involved in recruitment as that does mean that it makes some of the workload off others.

MA wants it on a disc <laugh> Oh dear. I suggest Charlie gives his dad some lessons before his next big adventure.
