Funny isn’t it, that even though you knew this was coming, it still shocks you to the core.
I have no words to describe how bad l feel right now at the thought of Ashley still being here.
I really hope and pray Rafa gets a few new players in, but l fear it’s too late on many levels now, both in respect of new ownership and transfers.

To be fair though, if PCP were the moneybags we have been led to believe, they would have bought Ashley out without any quibbles.

Just fully read the article, I saw the headline and lost all hope and gave up this morning.

BBC recon we will only be worth £100m if relegated so it’s a stick and twist with the offer of £250m

Even if MA has had enough of Staveley he’s still got the issue of wanting out and flirting with relegation, does that mean he will be willing to give Rafa some money?

WHAT THE FCK IS MA THINKING? WHAT IS GOING THROUGH HIS THICK HEAD?

I just wonder if he’s been a bit spoilt with us coming straight up and therefore doesn’t mind getting relegated again so is happy to not invest or sell for less than £300m.

Likewise if Staveley was going to put £500m into transfers can’t they just put in £450m instead and pay the knobhead the £300m he wants? Sure we would all rather that!!!

I don’t think he’s going to rest until he’s chipped away at every fan until they’ve all given up hope.

I think its game over with PCP. If they were that keen, they'd be holding the reins now. I think we can say goodbye to Amanda Staveley.

 

Remember....

1) Owning NUFC has 'cost' him an estimated £4m in total. Everything else is owed by the club, hence the ridiculous "valuation".
2) This doesn't take into account the £30m he has saved in advertising and the intangible amount he's made from this free global branding.
3) He doesn't give a **** about anything but Mike Ashley - he does not give a **** what fans think, good or bad, it's completely irrelevant to him.
4) He's impossible to deal with, notoriously hard-line and frequently 'gets his own way'. He's the epitome of a spoilt child.
5) He doesn't even talk to his own parents over a dispute he has with them involving the money he borrowed to start SD.

This guy is a blank slate. Disinterested. Uncaring. Unflinching.
