As I said in the other thread:

There is a chance that it will be an opportunity for him to try and correct the record he has against Arsenal, now that Manchester United are not affected, like Webb giving that ridiculous red card against Man Utd, in the dead game at the week end, ending a 560 day run without a red card in the premiership for Manchester United. http://blog.emiratesstadium.info/arc...comment-page-1

Mike Riley has manipulated the referees in favour of United now for years, and it has created a few embarassing statistics. He may be taking the opportunity to get rid of them, now it doesn't matter. The problem with this kind of power whore is that he thinks everyone else is stupid.

We have said that before a lot of games that Dean has reffed and then dropped points. We are talking about a 17 game run with only one win. It is almost as statistically improbable as Manchester United going 560 days without a red card. They are both a nonsense. Our only hope is that these crooks don't have the same motivation now it is the end of the season.

The British hate this kind of thing. We are very self-depricating and will believe bad things about ourselves rather than bad things about authority. Our police force, our government and other institutions can behave outrageously, and get the benefit of the tiniest amount of doubt, because we hate the idea that they contain corrupt people. The illusion of propriety must be maintained.

This is no different. All the evidence points to the referees being entirely corrupt and bias, yet we as fans continue to maintain that our game is free from match-fixing and corruption, unlike those "foreigners". I don't care if they profit financially from it, or not, it is still wrong.

There needs to be action taken by someone at the FA, with guts. And I dont mean the fat flabby variety.
