    Good Morning All,

We continue to be linked with every player under the sun, one name that has back back under over radar is Coventry defensive midfielder Sammy Clingan, personally I think he'd be a good edition to the Leeds squad, as of course would Eric Lichaj be.

Todays debate concerns food, in particular the most important meal of the day, breakfast... What do you normally have for breakfast, is it :-

    or do you prefer:-

    or maybe :-

Song of the day is one of my favourites. Its Oui 3 - For what its worth

I didn't used to have breakfast until I started goin to the gym. My instructor told me that you must have breakfast. It starts your motabalism going. So, I start every day with a bowl of bran flakes with some dried fruit....

Mighty - That's a holiday abroad breakfast! Can't beat getting up with a hangover and going down to a British Cafe and having a big fry up! Those were the days!

    Morning Elland,
Tahnks for posting my picture. That was a very special day for me.
My morning usually consits of some fruit and fibre, though as i spent the morning fluffing round the girls in the kitchen, I was rewarded with a choclate crousaint, an apple, 2 slices of toast and a massive glass of OJ. All FOC off course!
Gotta have breakfast mate. Most important meal of the day, Ken Bates eats his off of a laminated leeds flag while using Grayson's back as a table! <ok>
I had no idea it was YWBK'S birthday! congrats (but lay off the cake!) How its the big loveble lump? :)

Afternoon all. Quality of site represents our overall morale at the moment - low & p%ss poor. Who in their right mind would class xxxx as beer? Its Aussie p%ss water, which is where the joke about 4x comes from; Aussies not being able to spell beer!! Actually a true story involving Paul Hogan who, when telling us all about fosters Lager, took at least 4 attempts to spell the word correctly!!!

Heyho, any news of any potential incomings given that Bruce would appear to be going the other way. Pity, but there we go!!
