Jack Midson and Djoumin Sangare will not be offered new contracts and have been released today. Neither of them have played much for us this season but what little we've seen of Sangare he's a far better option at centre half than Harry Worley who is nothing short of an absolute donkey

Steve McClean has gone back to Plymouth, I wonder if we'll see him in an Oxford shirt again?

'Oxford United release Midson, Sangare, Hanson, Eastwood
Ben Purkiss, Simon Clist, Steve Kinniburgh, Matt Green and Sam Deering all remain on the transfer list.'

I think CW will be looking to bring in a minimun of 5 - 6 new faces, hopefully a decent CB and LW will be amoung them?

I can see CW returning one day but hope he gives us a few more seasons yet, the team is his now, no old or dead wood from previous management. It's a good foundation to build from and think he want's to get the next promotion first!

Found this site online http://www.thesackrace.com/competit...sheffield-united-job-following-adams-sacking/ I'm pleased to see CW isn't listed in the running yet.
