Boro sit 9th in the table, 5 points from the playoffs, and 6 points ahead of us. Their top scorer is Emmanuel Latte Lath, with 11 goals so far this season. They also have Finn Azaz and Tommy Conway with 10 each, so they aren't lacking options going forward. They've won two and lost three in their last five, with their last result being a 1-0 loss at Swansea, so they'll be keen to get back to winning ways and keep any chance of a playoff position alive come the end of the season. As for us, I haven't managed to see any highlights from our loss at West Brom, but from what I've heard we came close and could have nicked a point. That loss leaves us well and truly mid-table, 14th with an eleven point gap to 6th and twelve point gap to 22nd, so neither should concern us. Our top scorer is still Michael Frey, with 7, followed by Dunne with 5 and then Kolli with 4. I'll add manager comments and team news when on the official, enjoy if you are making the trip, and as always...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!
Their recent form is crap, but not as bad as ours. They completely destroyed us at Loftus Road. Probably best to have low expectations and be pleasantly surprised if we get anything. Cheers Dave.
Apparently Boro have no centre backs available tomorrow night. It's a shame we won't have a striker. They've got 8 of their first team squad side lined.
Whenever there is 'news' like that it is either mind games or we fail to take advantage. I no longer take any encouragement from such stories.
I guess we are now doomed to mid/lower table mediocrity for this season. Perhaps we were never ready for a playoff push?
24 Hours in A&E - Preview Tuesday, 11th Mar 2025 10:29 by Clive Whittingham QPR, without a fit striker to call their own, face Middlesbrough, whose entire defence is injured, at the Riverside Stadium tonight, desperately trying to stop both seasons fading away to nothing. 24 Hours in A&E - Preview - Queens Park Rangers News | Loft For Words
Couldn't see any significant team news on the official so I guess we'll just wait and see when the starting eleven is announced.
No word of a lie I’m in a pub with a wake on and a bloke doing a karaoke rendition of My Way. This is brilliant. Don’t care if we lose 5-0 now.
