It is rumoured that the "wally with a brolly" Mick McCarthy is about to get £8 million for Tyrone Mings.

WHO will he buy? WHAT will he buy? HAS he ever heard of the word "million"? (all numbers that high generally come enclosed in brackets, are red, or prefixed with a "-" at ITFC)

    Answers below must start with

I think Mick "do I still not like that " McCarthy will buy.........

a genetically engineered ape with a ZX 48k Spectrum brain. Orders will be programmed in and remain unchangeable with all potential for ideas removed. Shins will contain pneumatic springs, forehead will have a concrete lintel inserted, feet will be two RSJ's and all joy and love of football will be sucked out prior to signing.

With the change he'd buy a colouring in book.

Lets see your answers and all silly posts will be reported and followed with a stern letter sent to your parents. For all those too old to have parents I'll come round and nick the batteries out of your stairlift remotes.

Aaah, young master Heskey. Do you realise that when we beat the Germans 5-1 and he scored, that was ten days before 9/11.

I think Heskey is the last member of that squad with a chance of playing in the English leagues next season?

Also, it might be £8.5m if Ipswich successfully sue the Police.

McCarthy won't see a penny of the reported £8.5M fee, it will be put in a high interest account and all interest acrued will be used for turnstyle paint for years to come .:emoticon-0103-cool:

He may want to see if Nikoli Valuev would consider a career change? He wouldn't even have to change his nick name!

    Bah!

About 160,000 footballs for when they are hoofed out of stadia around the championship.

The other teams are fed up paying for them .......
