I know this from experience working with them and have seen the ****e they produce. Rubbish cobbled together from examples and bits of code they find on the Internet or have got from coding forums. Internet forums practically breaking under the weight of these ****s asking others to practically write the code for them. I stopped participating in those forums years ago because of these wallopers.
I have come across this phenomenon in my online travels. It's amazing how Software companies continue to go for the cheaper option in India and sacrificing quality.
