The story is in the mirror today, great read. Owen has a gripe he missed winning the champions league with Liverpool really. He is right Shearer vitually ran that club at the time took every penalty etc. Before the Villa game (0-1 own goal) Owen was talking about a new contract or something but did not get it. They have re-signed the great andy carrol so they should be ok! should we swap him for Watmore?
Who gives a ****? Frankly, Shearer vs Owen is a no-contest for the mags (me anarl, as it happens) and this is just a bit of a laugh for us. Owen taking £120k a week off them for getting his arse rubbed by a physio just stops them going OTT about Jack Rodwell.

He didn't have to join N/C but they were said to be making the highest offer in terms of Transfer fee's and wages. Presumably he had given up on European trophies then? Owen is an out and out ****. Was worried about playing incase it wrecked his chances of another contract elsewhere., boo ****ing hoo. Didn't hear any of this **** or hatred for the fans/club who paid his wages whilst he was trousering £120k a week and flying in and out of training in his ****ing helicopter though did we?
