According to the mirror Nigel Pearson will be heavily backed in january by the owners. Which we already knew. They also say both Gelson Fernandes and Michael Johnson want their loans terminated. Do it i say Johnson will probaly never be fit and if hea sulking he can do one. I would like to keep Fernandes but if his head isnt here he can go aswell With King, Wellens, Abe, Danns, Oakley and money we wouldnt miss them. It wouldnt surprise me either to see John Pantsil want out. No doubt there will be some changes what with a new manager in charge, BUT who´s in & who´s out ? We could do with someone like Maynard now what with DV being out for the rest of the season or maybe some one better. I hope we have a new attacking midfielder in King (if you catch my drift) now that NP is back. NP will access this squad well & tbh I think he´ll be quite happy with it´s strength, but having said that he´s going to want some of 'his' players in. I dont think we need Maynard now. We have plewnty of fire power (on paper) with Beckford and Nugent. I also think Schlupp is a great talent and Howard brings another dimension. Its all about them finding their scoring form - no need to add if you ask me. I cant see much tinkering being needed - with the exception of some attacking wide players. A player similar in style to lallana: someone of wants to push to ball wide in front of him and run onto it!

Apparently he is here now anyway because of the injury and will return to you when he is fit again and come back to us for good at the end of the month Even if he was fit he couldnt play on saturday
Turns out the behind closed doors game is today, but there's no mention of him being involved, so I assume he's still out.
We're very friendly with North Ferriby United if that counts? It turns out it's just an internal game(Youth v Reserves), to get a couple of long term absentees back into a game. Waghorn isn't playing, he's back with you to get his injury assessed and he's due back with us next week.

I think Nigel will be backed but not like Sven was. You find it harder to get value for money in January. I.e. Torres 50M Andy Carroll 35M I dont think we need investment like we had in the summer. around 6M should be enough to get a winger, midfielder if Fernandes and Johnson go and maybe a striker
When Gelson came on he looked well up for it and worked his socks off! I don't think he's going anywhere.....Johnson however I won't be surprised.
