Michael flynn

Looking through your list and who you did not include was goalkeepers Daniel O'Neil and Darren Hawkes.

Daniel O'Neil is the youth keeper now, do you know what he is like?
I don't have Gills player either, was there any other trialists.

It's probably for the best, if Jack Payne is leaving then our strongest middle pairing would probably be Lee and Jackman. With Montrose and Dack waiting in reserve I'm not sure if we'd be able to offer him anything. Perhaps Hughes though....

I've kept quite on Flynn as I seem to be in the minority of 1. Would have personally liked to have seen him back as, IMO, he is a good player. When we played Bradford at home last November he was the only player on either side that looked to have any quality.

G4EaaD poor showing calling Flynn and Weston "so called players". Kind of thing I expect to see on KOL

I also wanted to see us sign him :(

say what !
i would use that reference/term to any player who doesn't perform for a club, because these are players that didn't seem to want to wear the shirt with pride and put in a shift...seeing as thats what there paid for after all !!!

flynn also just up and left, for what he thought was bigger & better things and weston seemed to think he was guaranteed a new deal...which must of knocked him back when it didn't happen.

whereas your judgement of a player seems somewhat POOR if you think we would of been better off with those and meaning they are what this club needs.
thats your opinion and i don't wish to judge just because i'm of a different opinion and don't really give a **** !

regards reading KOL...i can't say i do, so i'll leave cheap forums like that for you to waste your time with :emoticon-0127-lipss

but as i say we don't need POOR SO CALLED PLAYERS at gillingham fc <ok>

My opinion on ANY PLAYER who is good enough to have played professional football at any level makes them more than "so called". Let alone should they have made an FA Cup final appearance, played in the championship, captained a team or whatever.

I do like Flynn but in my opinion Weston is better than Flynn and after getting rid of weston if we signed Flynn it would of seemed like we were going backwards. Hes not good enough for our first team and we should only buy players who are better than what we got. not looking at "back ups"

If / when Payne is sold I can see Flynn being offered a deal - as he would fill the vacancy. Flynn was a useful player last time around. Hopefully he would fit in well in a midfield that I expect will be required to perform better.
