In sort, they are reminding that the following is an arrestable offence, in which you can go to court and get banning orders placed against you:
    - Entering into the field of play or adjacent areas
    - Throwing objects in the ground
    - Racist or homophobic chanting
    - Carrying or using pyrotechnics inside or outside the ground

From my understanding, all you need is over 25 people for it to be considered a legitimate act of free speech, which therefore supersedes such laws, as Freedom of Speech is governed by International, European and the highest levels of UK law, ergo, deemed higher than the Football Governance Act. This is why the two that invaded the pitch will be prosecuted, but everything else, they cannot do anything about.

Unless free speech become violence and disorder (which they have not), only random acts of stupidity will be punished, rather than the mass boycott by throwing balls onto the pitch, given that there was not one recorded injury from the event (which is what they need to deem it violent and for prosecution).

The racist chanting must be the "You Belgian ****ers" one. So they want to prosecute the entire Upper North plus a few hundred scattered about the rest of the ground. This is what Charlton has come to. It must be why they film the protests. Even last friday they sent out a young man with a camera to film the protesters, although to be fair he seemed rather embarrassed, and didn't actually film anything. I can promise Roland that if he does get out of our club, and takes his CEO with him, there won't be a single moment of trouble. There never was before, not by Charlton fans anyway.
If his CEO stops making incendiary comments, and stops walking around with 2 bodyguards it would be a start.

I went on the student protests, against the War in Iraq many many moons ago. The occupy ones, Operation Chanology (plus a few more lesser known anon ones), and they were all filmed. It's standard procedure for the police. Why risk outright violence which could result in the injury of hundreds, not to mention their officers, when they can film it and catch the offenders at a later date when it's all died down. Best thing that I can suggest is video film them. Outside the stadium it's public right of way and you should not have any restrictions in doing so. It's petty, but the police and regimes hate it given that if they screw up their jobs on the line.

You Belgian W****** is also subjective. You can argue that the Scottish and Welsh are racist when they say "English W******!" If they want to go down that route, you could just chant, "You Idiotic W******, Get Out Of Our Club!" Makes no reference, but by that standard, every Cardiff and Swansea fan should be arrested and slung in jail.

I shouldn't tarnish all Police Officers by the same brush though, during one of the occupy protests, I had a good conversation with one of them. Explaining that I was here to ensure that his family had a future, and questioned why he would protect such an establishment seeking to destroy his future. He took the literature that we had, and was very polite.

Also, for the next protest, it should be Anonymous Protesting. Everyone take in masks, presidents, animals, V, prime ministers, ailens, clowns, anything that you have, make your own. Then throw more beach balls onto the pitch. Put it on as you walk into the stadium, or the toilets where they have camera blind spots. Take them off when you walk out.

They don't know who you are, and as long as you don't walk on the pitch, you cannot be found out.

Stealing it from the ones against Scientology, you don't want them to become a SP or victim to their "corrective procedures"

RD has been involved with hostile protests himself - Belgium in 1968. His younger self would be ashamed with him.

That's always the problem with the older generation. They always out to **** the younger ones royally in the arse. Until they can do it, in which they **** the new younger ones in the arse. Its a vicious circle.

Its a real low point for the Regime - even by their standards. Convening a meeting at Scotland Yard to grass up their customers - the same ones they have just sent begging letters for ST money.

There is simply no way back for Meire, ever.

    P.S:

How does Olly Groome look at himself in the mirror, or is he "just doing his job" [again]

The Met Police really should have better things to do.

That is acceptable; though we not606ers will know who you are. Unless more than one do it.

They really don't. It's all about statistics for them... Real crime goes up, make a tonne of easy arrests, through slap on the wrist "cautions," and Big Dave uses his "we've made more arrests than ever, brought charges, with a smaller police force, or policies are working," in parliament.

Made some very good points too @Royston Vasey. I don't hear other clubs slating their fans for actions!

Or trying to criminalise the ones than went onto the pitch at Brunton Park when we got promoted.

They're not improving relations. Really now, they've not got a hope in hell of repairing any relationship.

They've thrown in the Crystal Palace arrests for no reason other than to discredit Charlton fans in the eyes of the media. Unfortunately they can't fool the media, who know they are rubbish. The arrogance of Roland and his henchperson, who think they can get away with constant lying.

They can't get anything right, and I don't think they want to. They're just a complete bunch of arses who think they're smart because they're hiding behind Roland's wealth. I'd bet they lie to Roland just as much as they lie to us.

Posting these aggressive statements on the website while advertising S/T's- madness. There are still fans who are giving Roland &co. the benefit of the doubt, those who aren't interested in him and just feel loyalty to the club they love. The protesters are still unfortunately a minority, but these insulting statements on the OS are aimed at Charlton fans of all shades. Madness.
Notice that it gives the impression that it is a joint statement by CAFC and the Met, while not actually saying it as a fact, which tells me that it is a typical statement by a cunning lawyer who thinks it is clever to use weasel words to give a false impression, without telling a factual lie.

Interesting strategy for winning the 20,000 missing fans back - send out the ST begging letters for League One football in the same week Meire orders Tony Keohane to travel to Scotland Yard to snitch on the customers <doh>. No, me neither. It is yet another crass own goal.

Run the Club properly and you won't have protesters who sing nasty songs about you and disrupt the games, I think its known as going back to first principles.

    The battle continues.

    Who is Tony Keohane?

Except for a man who's last name rhymes with his first name (probably not pronounced that way)...

Also, phonetically sounds like 'balls' in Spanish.

Seriously does the club think when they hire people?
