There are various methods of encouragement popular in modern management systems. However, I'm with the tried and trusted Sino/Soviet method. You retreat, you're dead. You lose, you're dead. You win, you get to spend your £10,000's per week(not sure how this ever worked out, though) Still, I'm happy if we introduce this as a trial.
How did the Russians and Chinese manage the following:- 1) Abandonment to catch a bus? 2) Beserkers that resorted to headbutting and kicking? 3) Lazy arses that go by the name Jay Bothroyd? If the above are covered by the established management practise then I'm all for it!
