    If any Sunderland player feels he can't beat this lot, please resign your contract by Monday morning. I'm usually a fairly mild man with a smile for anyone I meet down the street, But I do not like defeat. On Sunday, I want blood, I want you over-paid f**kers to get your ar*es out there and hurt them, bleed them, turn cannibal and f**king eat the b**tards. MOVE IT!

    (Apologies to anyone from a club that's neutral in the matter. But we're talking the Tyne-Wear derby now - and this game just isn't like any other you've ever been to. Believe it).
