The Mentality is; you get off your backside and put in a good shift, We`ve got 2 players who can`t run about(Barnet and jet) others who won`t and who hide and don`t want the ball, none of them (except baldock or the youngsters) show any understanding of movement off the ball, making space, making runs to provide an outlet or options for team mates. When one of our players has the ball he has few options available to him to move the ball on which usually results in an aimless, 50-50 ball forward to a player who is tightly marked, we lose the ball and are back under pressure. We are not getting beat by more technically gifted teams but by teams who show more desire and passion, and who show more energy about the pitch. The majority of the players don`t deserve to be wearing the shirt - full stop.
I couldn't agree more, all we ask for as supporters is a fair days work, for a fair days money, no more, no less and what do we get..?
