Please take time to look at this

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Sunderland_A.F.C._players

this is a list of all past and present Sunderland players i must admit there is some ****e in there but also a lot of good players i would have loved to have seen.

I think we should take time out and thank quinn and Bruce for what they have achieved in this window. I know not everyone will agree and there are a few doubts in there for me, however im really looking forward to this season.
Im also pleased that the majority of them have PL experience and not S.Americans

Im still confident of a top striker coming in

We used to have a player back in 1634 or summat called Billy Death, not on there.

What a ****ing name though eh?

Ah yes Billy Death or as he spelled it De'Ath I remember him well (OK I'm lying about that bit). Actually his last game was in the 1927/28 season at Ayresome Park (for you younger lads that is Middlesbrough). Both teams were battling against relegation from the old Division One and whoever lost would go down. Naturally we won 3 - 0 and Billy scored one of the goals. That certainly was the death knell for the Boro (SORRY!!!).
