A good idea to use the IP Address to locate his Area this should be easy for anyone of the MODS to find .

 

He may not be the "genuine article",but his intent is clear,and the "original" would appear to be his hero.
The longer he is tolerated,and pandered to,the worse he will get.

I agree this muppet seems to have had some remedial education at some stage where the other knob obviously hasn't had any education full stop.
