Philip Buckingham @PJBuckingham #hcafc announce another ticket vote will be held with members. Either the current model with a new family bundle proposal. Or a return to the 2010-11 concessionary ticket model. Full details to follow. Philip Buckingham @PJBuckingham Ehab Allam: "I sincerely recognise that the current membership model has faced split opinion. It is also important for me to echo that all decisions were made with good intentions as custodians of the club." Philip Buckingham @PJBuckingham "Ultimately we have one common goal, we all want supporters to get behind the team and show their support at the stadium on a matchday."
Ehab, along with your old man, you are an utter ****. There is only one reason that you are now looking for a way out of your stupid actions that have wrecked our fan base, that have pissed off literally thousands upon thousands, and that you have stubbornly, arrogantly defended for years when facts and logic told you that you were wrong. **** right off. Then **** right off again.
I voted B for the concession pricing. I begrudge paying £23 for my lad that’s U10. It’s not an affordability issue - it’s the principal.
Two ballot papers for my please, one to use be and the other to spoil. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Option B....for 33 a month I could get a season ticket for me and my son. Considering it cost me 48 quid to take him to the Shef U game alone, that sounds like ****ing great value I'd only need to go to half the home games to make that worthwhile, and midweek games where he wouldn't be able to go wouldn't be a prob either.
For my 3 person group in the South Stand (Adult, 16 year old, 12 year old) the cost would be: Family bundle: £54 per month (£21, £18 and £15) Concessions: £73.50 per month (£36, £19.50, £18) If we moved to family section: £60 per month (£30, £19.50, £10.50) I can't be bothered to go through the prices in detail but I imagine they've rigged it so virtually everyone is better off without concessions. Particularly as the current cheap zones aren't family zones and under 15s must be accompanied. That way they can claim concessions are bad.
I've lost count of the times I've stressed this. But I'm not coming back until you and your father have well and truly gone. Some will, because the lack of concessions is their biggest issue. I can understand that and I don't have a problem with any who think that way. I'm sure I don't have to list the many other reasons for my and so many others reasons for not attending, that's all been documented. You're still here.
About ****ing time, but as others have rightly said the lily livered ****wit is only coming around to the thinking of the majority because he knows that he needs the support back now that the parachute payments have ceased. I work every Saturday anyway so either way it's impossible for me, however if Adkins goes that tells me all that I need to know about the Allam's future plans for the club, and if that was to happen I wouldn't be going either way until these pariahs finally leave the club!
If it is a members only vote then it will be people who are the least pissed off or even happy with the system voting. Surely they should be finding ways of appeasing those who walked away and finding out what will entice them back? Another, minor point, won't having family bundles all round the stadium dilute the atmosphere even further as there will be more arguments with people demanding everyone sits down because their kids can't see?
More disingenuous bollocks. The options have obviously been written in such a way as to get endorsement of their non-choice family bundle, so they can claim consultation and “it’s what the fans want”. Deeply reminiscent of “yes to hull city tigers with the Allams in charge”. Option B all the way for me as it is full restoration of concessions without conditions or complications. Whether enough people agree and potentially vote against their wallet is another matter because current members obviously feel comfortable enough with the current system to continue to handover their money (and I count myself in that, conflicted as I am about it). If they truly cared enough to want to get a pricing structure that would up the gates, then this vote should have been rolled out to anyone who has been a member for at least a season at any point in the last 5 years. There maybe enough folk who would come back with the proper restoration of concessions even with Allams still in charge. I doubt it though. I stand by my original assessment.
