It's nice and easy to look back in hindsight and call him a moron for it, but I can take a wild guess and say that most Arsenal fans probably thought just as much at the time.
Much like baldy bin man plastic, armchair, Cockernee, glory hunting Stretford fans who are named Edmund.
It's the pure arrogance and certainty in which he spoke, that makes me laugh looking back with hindsight. Lol. Also his comments about RVP were utter bollocks. Nobody could have doubted his talent, his only problem was injuries. But not according to Myles.
Loads of people talk in certainties on forums when they don't know what they're talking about, which can be a bit annoying but at least they don't get paid for it like that guy and tonnes of other journalists/pundits.
This reminds me of some of the nonsense spouted on here and old 6O6 over the years. I remember people saying that we should sell RVP because he was injury prone, taking up wages, never offering us anything etc. More recently it was Walcott, with his lack of football brain etc. We even had one pouring his heart out to the spuds that the North London power shift was complete this is tame by comparison . . .
Scott Canham to have a better career than Fat Frank? That's got to take some beating.
