Not sure why, but the free agent list posted in the other thread prompted me to check our Squad for Grygera - and of course he's not there. Presumably though he's still registered with us and we're continuing to check his fitness (he did play in a couple of pre-season games) before either offering him a new contract or releasing him. Since we've only got 21 named players we can add him at any time. So hopefully he will prove his fitness and that's one more at the back - or even defensive midfield ???
Mesca Jol has again highlighted the potential he sees in Mesca - http://www.ealinggazette.co.uk/sport/fulham-fc-ealing/2012/09/11/82029-31810597/ He's an out and out right winger and Jol would seem to see wide players as the future. However I can't see him replacing Duff immediately. Maybe a few games as sub and then more regularly if he proves Jol's confidence in him - with Duff moving deeper or more central (?)
