It’s near time again for Medro’s Mega Accumulator, here is a list of the European leagues with the favourites in no particular order.

I’ve highlighted the ones in bold who I think will win their league.

I’ve yet to check the odds but a typical accumulator with £10 on this is something close to a £30k payout.

EPL – Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea
    Championship – QPR, Watford, Reading
    SPFL – Tims
SPFL Championship – Dundee, Falkirk, Greenock Morton
    SPFL 1 – Gers
Irish Premier League – Linfield, Crusaders, Cliftonville
Austria - Austria Vienna, Rapid Vienna, Red Bull Salzburg
Belgium – Anderlecht, Genk, Club Brugge
    Denmark – Copenhagen, FC Nordsjælland
    Holland – PSV, Ajax, Feyenord
    France – PSG, Monaco, Marseille
    Germany - Bayern, Dortmund
    Greece – Olympiacos, P.A.O.K.
Italy – Juve, AC Milan, Napoli
    Portugal – Porto, Benfica, Sporting
    Spain – Barca, Real Madrid
    Switzerland – Grasshoppers, Basel
    Turkey – Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, Beskitas

I think a lot of the European leagues are easy to predict but the EPL and Ligue 1 will be difficult. Man City look to be adding to an already great team but I think with Mourinho’s experience in the Premiership and bringing in a new striker (Hulk / Cavani / Lewandowski) and punting Torres they could pip it.

Not sure about Laurent Blanc at PSG either, will he be able to keep the dressing room happy when he has previous with falling out with big players. I can’t honestly see him lasting the season but think the squad is by far the strongest no matter how much Monaco spend they are still playing catch up.

A bloke who dirinks in my pub got one up for 10k last season. Shame really as he's not a particularly nice person.

I've a small one going on Reading, Sheffield united and Pompey.

Nah - he's Indian. Funny thing is his missus is from Paisley and supports a Glaswegian team that plays in blue.

A fella I went to school with won £19k doing the same thing a few seasons back, that's what put me on to the idea.

    Worth a go for £10

Without a doubt. Unless something really outlandish happens it keeps your interest till at least March.
