I've been looking at the plethora of South Wales Derby articles of late and I've been shocked by the number of negative articles towards our club and the number of positive articles in favour of swansea. Panic?
all the press are saying is that the swans on paper should win because of what we have achieved and the better players overall. We all know that none of that comes into it with derby games and never have, In fact i think cardiff will be slight favorites because you are at home but with that comes the added pressure that you are playing in front of your home fans, I think it will go in one of two ways...it will either be very close where either team will nick it 1-0,2-1, 3-2 or something or it could finish a draw, and the 2nd way is we will run away with it keeping cardiff from seeing to much of the ball and dominating the game. I don't think cardiff have enough quality yet to do that in such a high profile game...
Don't mean to be offensive but are you schizophrenic vrd as you seem to have a different attitude towards us cardiffians every 20 seconds
thank you, I'm looking forward to the game whatever the result, I hope its tough but fair with no controversial instances and the fans on both sides make loads of noise but do wales proud with their behaviour..
i dont think theres been a smear campaign, just that we're giving them plenty to rip into........ nowadays things like buying players behind the managers back is unacceptable, and the club havent come out and denied the story, which they would if it was codswallop. have to agree with dai, whatever happens i hope we're talking about the football after the match...
Swamp! I watched a feature on Football Focus this morning it featured Hartson talking to Laudrup. Lasted about five minutes and mildly interesting. Cardiff were discussed by the pundits at the end of the feature for less than a minute. They focussed upon the imminent loss of Malky.
Looking at the present scores, Fulham and Norwich (both 3-0 down after half an hour) could be on the cards for him. Would either be what he'd want though? Norwich because of his history would be the obvious one, but I doubt he'd want to go to Fulham.
Right swampy give him a chance now if he blows it it's of his own back and he cannot have any more arguments towards us
