Today I was sitting at an outside table at a roadhouse, when what should thunder past but a freakin big truck with a gazillion cows in the back. They were going into the city, not some open countryside, so they were on their last ride. Yes folks, they were death bound. Did they know what was happening ... no chance, they thought they were simply on a day trip to who knows where. There were heads everywhere hanging off the side of the semi trailer, sniffing the breeze as they hammered down the black top. Poor deluded bastards. I was so disgusted, I immediately sprang from the seat and hurled a mouthful of profanity at the machine as it flew from view, but not before I swallowed the last of my vegetable burger. I was outraged. I read somewhere that the plate return is next to nothing alongside the outlay. We could feed more people and save more money if we just set those blessed beasts free. Save the cow.
I'm pretty sure that meat didn't make any difference - at least one of them was already a gormless American.
Anyone can see that the bloke on the left is rooting the meat. That's what the consumption of animal does to you. Give it up before it's too late.
Nice try but aparently we can all fit into a Fiat Uno Dumb cows are only on Gods earth to quench our hunger and provide milk for our cornflakes.
What about the poor vegetables in your veggie burger? They grew (ergo they were alive), then were pulled from their habitat and sliced just to feed you. Save the turnip
The numbers are disputed. There was a clear discrepancy between the amount claimed and the number of burgers sold at McDonalds
Me mum eats meat as did her mum as did hers, etc, etc, all the way back to great, great, great...grandma ape. If it ain't broke.
If it ain't broke why fix it? If we all though that way there would be no advancement in technology or social behavior. We're always up in arms about the horrid nutrition that we've become addicted to, so it's a win, win situation. Force the public onto vegi burgers and ase the sacred cow.
Not really, nutrition from meat and seafood is a very important part of people's diet. Vegetarians are not necessarrilly healthier than a meat eater you know and plus MEAT IS GOOD!!!
