Didn't hear it but if there was players that where anxious about all the incomings then they probably know deep down that they aren't good enough.

I bet Elmo wasn't scared about new players coming in because he was arguably our best player last year.

For half of last year Elmo couldn't cross the ball.

I heard it. Not sure he sounded pissed off about us but did a bit about not getting Ireland place. Maybe not as bouncy as he normally is mind.

The only thing Mcshane has going for him is his effort. He's not good enough for Ireland. That has nothing to do with our transfer window.

I heard most of the interview - I thought he came across well, he was impressed by the quality of the new signings, accepted that it is a squad game now that tranfer windows exist and was disappointed not to make the final ROI squad cut. He did mention the fact that he was happier playing in the middle and that he'd been uncomfortable playing in the right back position. Now that he is fully fit again he is a bit frustrated not to be playing regularly but accepts that that is all part and parcel of being a professional footballer.

I thought he had made the Ireland squad, the club tweeted that he had been?
