Decent game yesterday, both teams worked hard in warm conditions.

A bizarre observation we made is that Josh McQuoid appears to run with a skip. You would have watched him more times than I have, but have you also noticed the McQuoid skip?

If you listen to Michael McIntyre then you know the theory that you're quicker skipping to places and it seems McQuoid has put this into practice.

He has been injured for most of his Millwall career <doh>
