    Hi guys, just noticed a tweet from DM about racist comments and will follow it up with the police! Can anyone enlighten me on this situation? Cheers

    Some bonehead racist Everton 'supporters' tweeted offensive remarks to Bassong after the game.

    It was one supporter making racist comments towards Bassong after he scored. He removed the tweet and made a hasty apology but the account no longer exists

    I seem to remember City fans wrongly being accused of racism at Goodison Park, last year was it ? The words, "kettle", "pot" and "black", (no pun intended), spring to mind <doh>

    There seems to be none of the usual fallout associated with derogatory comments on twitter. Hopefully they can trace this guy.
