    There is no doubt that those in the know understand that Del is a good manager and has a long future in the game. If he can somehow get us to remain in the Championship this season that will probably rate as his greatest achievement in football.

    McManus has had an excellent spell with us and if we stay up I hope he will stay for the future.

    McManus is better than we have now, but that's not difficult.

    I don't think he's commanding in the air and isn't the quickest.
    Would hope there are better CH's out there - especially if we stay in the Championship.
