Mark McChrystal says he and his team-mates accept that they have to take criticism on the chin in the aftermath of back-to-back defeats. John Ward and his players were the subject of some verbal criticism as they left the pitch following a 2-0 defeat at Dagenham & Redbridge over the weekend. McChrystal said: âWe have to accept the criticism and get on with it. It is up to us to go and get the sort of results that will change it. You take your pats on the back when things are going well, so you have to take it on the chin when things arenât going so well.â http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/Bristo...l-takes-chin/story-19806644-detail/story.html
I only want to see our players talking on the pitch at the moment - and in the final third of the opposition half. Once we get that right, there will be no verbal criticism.
Sorry lads, didn't mean to ruin your thread just could not resist the joke, I giggling to myself like a naughty schoolboy
Agree BB Ward should consider banning the tweets after the match,as for the verbals no point in as Wardy stated swearing but I agree that every travelling supporter had a right to voice there dissapointment at the end of the match following an abject display at D&R not sure what they expected flowers...chocolates. Agree we should support and encorouge them throughout the whole 90 after the game they should be under no illusion as to our feelings minus the bad language. COR
