Oooo! Not surprising given he was there last night but thought he’d hang on for a championship manager’s job…as in champ next season job!
Boing boing manager. Like Sisyphus he's condemned for eternity to fall into League One, then rise to the Championship. Then fall... Then rise... And so on ad infinitum. Or summat. Anyway, we're in trouble for Satdee and no mistake.
My only optimistic thought given last night’s debacle is that we can’t play any worse! Hoping Fulham batter them tonight.
Dirty little bastard!! He's only been away a matter of weeks and he's got syphilis..He must've caught it in Peterborough?
Obviously last night was a reverse psychology / double bluff / erm something else to trick McCann into a false sense of something... Genius - explains a lot because nothing else could...
Great. We’ve had the typical City result of losing at home to bottom of the league who hadn’t won an away game all season. Now we have our former manager who we sacked, in his first game at his new club.
agree, the players will raise their game to impress the new manager & McCann will be desperate to put one over the club that sacked him. Shota better get he formation right!!!
A looming sense of inevitability about Saturday, unless our lot want to impress Terry for a move to Peterborough in the summer!
Hopefully your give us the three points on sat and McCann does one over on your lot seems since he left your starting to sink if by luck we win sat we be only seven points behind you with two games in hand ( i can only wish )
Lose to Barnsley but capable of getting points from teams in the top half. We’ve played form sides Preston, Fulham and Sheff Utd since he left. Got it wrong against Derby and Barnsley and then a good point against QPR. One loss and everyone is acting like the last 2 games didn’t happen
dream on - he's utter gash at Championship level - 6 points out of 60 in his first spell in the championship and an 8 0 thumping by Wigan - some teams appoint managers like Big Sam to keep them safe - others appoint managers like McCann to take them down
Wouldn’t it be such poetic justice if we beat them 8-0! Won’t happen of course, if we’re lucky we might get 0-0, if we’re really lucky, we might get a 1-0 win, but I’m expecting another 2-0 defeat!
