Our new signing Sam baldock can't seem to speak more highly of our manager and says it he is the reason he moved here, notice how Cunningham, Davies and Heaton all said the same, would love to be a fly on the wall when del boy talks to potential signings.

Also baldock mentions how highly Maynard speaks of the club ( something we all thought he wouldn't of done )

"I've got contacts back at West Ham with Nicky Maynard, Jordan Spence and Stephen Henderson. They couldn't speak highly enough of the club and thought it would be a good move for me"

Lets hope he's our 20 goal a season striker

Yeah it didn't end well for him here, but think he can look past that and recommend us still, that or either he thought get rid of baldock and he's got more chance to start in allerdayce's team ;)

Also good to see that Henderson & Spence both spoke highly of us, despite the fact that they hardly got a look in during the last year theye were with us.

I can imagine that Del is an extremely motivational presence during player negotiations - he just radiates class.
