Morning Hank, morning all. Canny days watch for you there marra. Today's the start of 11 days off for my good lady, so her sun lounger's set, drinks chilled, and a couple of days of spoiling her. Sorry if any of your women read this and expect the same, lads. Enjoy whatever you do.

    Morning all ...

... have a good weekend if you can.

I'll be working outside today as it's cooler and I should get quite a bit done.

    Morning all,

Not long been up, sat with a coffee watching the world go by.

There isn't a cloud in the sky and looks like its going to be a scorcher today.

Going to go for a nice long ramble in the woods with the kids later

Well thst was an interesting day. Took the kids for a walk, lovely quiet place, no one within 500m of us.

Lush grass, birds singing, sun shining. Sounds idillic?

Within 5 minutes of being there my daughter found the only puddle of mud in a 3 mile radius and dived head first into it.....

Couple of years back, it was the first hot day of the year, so I put my shorts on and went for a walk along the track between the farm fields. It gets waterlogged in the winter, so it was my first walk of the year along there.

There's a bit where a small stream runs through a ditch and Bob went down to get a drink, only he slipped and ended up stuck as his tail got tangled in a bramble. Had to clamber down myself and ended up with cuts all over my arms and legs while I was trying to free him. Jack decided to take a closer look, so he lept down into the water and splashed mud everywhere.

Got home covered in a mix of mud and blood and my son just said "I'm not even going to ask!" :emoticon-0104-surpr:emoticon-0102-bigsm
