Depending on the wording you might. If Leeds negotiated a sell on with St Etienne, and your sell on was worded in a way that didn't make it explicit that it only applied to the first fee you'd be due your % of whatever Leeds received. When we sold Turner to Sunderland the situation was the same, so we had Brentford (who we'd signed him from) AND Charlton both report us to the FA for fiddling the fee when they received their cuts.
