    • I think analysing the game, yes we are happy with the performance
    • My team put in a really good effort today
    • It is clear that we are always after three points
    • But after seeing the effort, we have to be happy
    • Overall, we are.... satisfied, with the one point
    • I'm not sure why the goal was disallowed, it's hard to see from here
    • I haven't asked Adam about it, on the bus we will speak about it
    • Now when I see the replay, I will probably get angry - but I will just have to accept what happened
    • I think Maya played a good game, but also Boruc and the whole of my defence
    • Today, when we didn't play as well as we could have - it was good to keep a clean sheet
    • I don't know how many games I have been manager here, it has been quite a few - but this is the first time Rickie has come off
    • Perhaps you find it surprising
    • But also you may know he hasn't been training properly, and Rickie was looking a bit tired to me
    • It's good news we didn't concede any goals, an away draw is always good
    • But we need to work harder to get the three points though

Interesting that he said Rickie had been able to train properly for a while, so he subbed him as he wanted to keep pressing. Hope it's nothing serious. I'm liking Mauricio more and more...he isn't the passionate and mad foreigner, but has a more considered approach. The team know when he isn't pleased, but he doesn't criticise them in public or get angry about things that are done and dusted.

I'd say he has been passionate and mad, but he balances it well - as you say, with a considered approach.

He has booted bottles around, I've seen him hopping around like mad in the technical area and screaming his head off, clearly disappointed with players.

Going onto the pitch to confront the referee after the Norwich game.

In particular I remember him looking pretty pissed off and shouting at Gaston and S. Davis for a bit.

But he always comes across pretty well, thoughtful, good sense of humour, balanced.
