When Matt was sold by Gills the fee was undisclosed - as was any details of a sell on clause. However we know that Mr.Scally is fairly astute, and it would be a surprise if there wasn't such a clause. 10% would be my estimate, but even 5% would greatly improve our finances ( if Scally doesn't say it's needed to pay the bank overdraft ) ps - don't you sleep ? you post @ 10.40pm ( steve tilson ), then here @3.54.
when the likes of rodriguez leaves burnley for £7m, fletcher at wolves quoted £8m, downing at liverpool £15m and henderson £20+million....then surely matt jarvis is worth £10-15 at least, with better goals and assists than the likes of those above ?! SURELY NOT A PATHETIC £4M-6MILLION THAT THEY MENTION THOUGH!!!
Jarvis should be in Poland now instead of Downing, I feel sure that a top half of the table premiership team will sign him this summer for between 6 & 8 million, definitely think he can do better than West Ham.

I don't think anyone will pay anything near 10 million, I don't think he is worth that at the moment, maybe more around 6 million in my eyes, he is great, but he is not in the England team and he plays for a team which has got relegated so more like 4-6 million with the aim to get the top of my estimate.
well seeing as it looks like bids of £4m-£6m have been turned down from west ham & stoke, i don't think wolves are going to let him go that cheap...by the looks of things it is looking more like £8m-£10m...which can only be good for us if so ?
I think if I was a premiership club I would pay upto 8 million, a lot of clubs over pay for players but he is class.

No, but what I mean is he is worth between 4-6 million but if a club really wants him they will over pay, 4-6 may be a lot of people's valuation, but if someone wants him a lot they will pay over the price.
