Wants a move back to Bournemouth due to family (Bruce) problems apparently.
I’d be very disappointed if this happens, he’s been our motivation/driving force in our recent form. Love his passion. First on my team sheet every week.
Sincerely hope this doesn’t happen.
I don't want it to happen but if it is for family reasons, I wouldn't stand in his way. He was a big part of our resurgence.

@Roy Munson
Remember when Hayden wanted to go back to London for family reasons but no **** wanted him <laugh>

He's been needed mind because we don't have anyone else or didn't until willock came in.

All our cms are below what's required if we want to improve.

Tbh this thread is about a player that's got heart, but he's not very good. I like ritchie, but if he goes im not fussed. It's time to move on.

I like him and the way he turned it around last season having acted the ****, fair play. It takes a man to admit you are wrong, walk in apologise to your manager and teammates. By all accounts he is a great trainer, and has a will to win which few in the squad can match. You need players like him around the squad to set the standards effort wise.

If he has family issues, I wouldn't stand in his way, and I'd wish him well. I'd be concerned about losing someone of his character, more than his ability. So we'd need to make sure we replace that. I wouldn't say he is a great player but he has done well for us over a sustained period and I don't think that should be discarded lightly.

**** me I find that I’m agreeing with you on more than most occasions. I think I need a doctor.

But he’s what you need at a club like ours. The voice of reason. The twat in the hat if you like.

He isn’t a yes man and just wants to win. Nothing wrong with that.
