I agree if we are relegated then CR must be given a top contract as he is a brilliant footballing man ... Let him build a side because that will be some team IMO

I tend to agree. I hope Ramsey and most of the players will stay regardless of which League we are in next year. Gives us the best chance of getting back up again quick If we do go down.

Every player in the team should be told that if they do not win the remaining matches, Harry will be re-installed as manager for the next 3 years.
Now watch them thrash every team to save us from relegation!

If he is given a contract, there might be more players willing to stay (i. e. that we want to stay) than if the future is uncertain.
I would say - give him the chance to get us back up because a new man coming in would only cause instability.

Not necessarily saying he shouldn't get the job full time, however I am yet to be even remotely impressed by anything he has done, the team don't even look motivated to win most of the time.

Ramsey is only temporary Manager. If we get rid, there will be no sacking. At the moment, I see nothing to make him a keeper. If he performs a miracle and keeps us up, he will then deserve the job full time.

How about letting the people who know what their doing run the club and you keep quiet Matt. Oh hang on a mo, Fair enough.

Stories & comments like these do us no favours at the current time.

Failure cannot be rewarded, sentimentality must now be hounded out of our ethos if we are to recover from the mess we're in.

I said Ramsey should get till the end of the season, now I think he should go as soon as we are mathematically down.

We need a manager with a good record of developing youth. Would have no qualms with giving Ramsey a year. It's about time this poxy club stopped pissing money on overrated managers and players.

IF he keeps us up then keep him … FFS his fickle have the fan base got
CR looks to me to have the perfect style for our club regardless what division we are in and IMO will build a good side because its clear the bloke knows football
I said a long time back what sick people would become just for glory . We have had a complete arse for a manager and first everyone apart from a few went crazy for the old bastard. TF has acted like a naive fool and hopefully will pay the price for ****ing with our club
Ramsey is ideal to build our club going forward so we can at least get some dignity, purpose and respect back.

The rent a manager and but success formula is over IMO time to build our club back after businessmen, parasites and awful players have used our name
We were chosen to be QPR fans time to revert back to being a real one

I say stick with Ramsey at all costs and watch him build a brilliant team

If TF stays then he should come out and support this man and rebuild our club the correct way … I think he will squirm away however

Totally disagree I'm afraid. It is a results oriented business and to date, Ramsey hasn't got the results required. The future of our club should be in the hands of a successful Manager. Not a failed Manager.

I don't honestly think anyone would have got us out the mess Redknapp left this club in. Not just in terms of quality of players but lack of fitness, spirit etc.

Fair enough. So, why should Ramsey be our Manager going forward? He played 4 centre halves and 3 defensive midfielders in a must win home game against an out of form team and left 2 attacking players sitting on the bench. Hardly inspiring tactics.

As far as real supporters (as opposed to plastic ones) are concerned its a sentiment oriented business. That why we keep on following the club in League One and put money in plastic buckets.

I don't think the Squad he got, and the lack of fitness of the players who could have made a more creative and attacking formation workable (Fer, Krancjar, Adel, Vargas, Zarate) made that a good option. He had to make the best of what he had, and we'd have taken the points without the missed pen and wrongly disallowed goal.

What we need is Sam Allardyce. Doubt we'd be able to convince him to come to us though

Then what? Maybe sign Kevin Nolan and scrape up to the PL with a short term squad and be in the same predicament again with a manager who sees us as a step down.

And that's the best case scenario. Worst case is a Nolan and Henry midfield getting ruined by 22-year-olds at Rotherham and Preston.

Why is that what he's done at West Ham? Nope. He took them from the Champ to mid-table Prem. He could do similar for us.

The only thing that matters is being in the PL. None of the other wishy washy stuff being spoken on this thread matters a damn

Agreed. Having made18 trips over this season (14 home and 4 away) from here I am as sentimental as anybody about this club. I would be more sentimental about any of our Managers if they are successful in achieving results for all of us.. To date (P11,W2, D2, L7), Ramsey has been a failure in that Department. I am asking for opinions as to WHY some people feel he should be our Manager going forward.
