I am sure they will receive a warm welcome in Watford's many hostelries. WATFORD ⢠The Manager â Sean Dyche View attachment 7508 âWe let in a sloppy goal, no question, and although we worked the keeper a few times we weren't clinical enough at the other end, football can be a cruel game at times. We've lost the game without our opponents causing a genuine threat to our goal all afternoon.â âAnd at the other end, we've had three or four really good chances. Their keeper has made a great save from Joe Garner's header in the first half in particular. So we're left frustrated, as I'm sure the fans are.â ⢠The Hornets Rene Gilmartin Adrian Mariappa Carl Dickinson - goal 78 mÃn. Lloyd Doyley Martin Taylor Jonathan Hogg Craig Forsyth - goal 85 mÃn. Troy Deeney for Mark Yeates - 87 mÃn. John Eustace Chris Iwelumo for Marvin Sordell - 90+2 mÃn. We also gave soft goals away. Between the boxes we're fine but in the boxes we have to be ruthless.â âWe have to get back to being hard to beat and we are quite anxious because of a lack of goals which is filtering through. Some of our body language after the second goal wasn't reat and those players know they have to address that because you have to believe you can get back into it.â ⢠The Lions David Forde Tony Craig Paul Robinson Alan Dunne Darren Ward Liam Trotter Liam Feeney - goal 68 mÃn. Substitutes: Steve Mildenhall Scott Barron Darren Purse Hameur Bouazza John Marquis Update on the Lionsâ latest statistics Who will win? Current form I think it is better to not talk about current form. Both teams have one league win each and are at the wrong end of the league. The plus side for Watford is the visitors do not travel well and for Millwall the locals do mot play well in Watford. Watford have scored a few goals more than Millwall, who have conceded one less than Watford. Millwall have not won a league game since match 2 so are due another win and Watford as so bad they may get it. Akureyri's Prediction: 0-0 Happily the Lions are as bad at travelling as the Hornets are on their own field. Both teams have very bad results and this game will be played by scared players giving a result that is not good for either team. skál/skÃ¥l/cheers/salut Don't forget Drop in to The Hornetâs Nest for some match chat. Writing on not606 is funny when I write the match thread I have no extra lines and no pictures. I add these when I have put the article in not606. Then the preview and extra lines appear which must be edited to what I want. A second preview will put in extra spaces so editing is to be done again. I hate this.
this has all the hallmarks of a 0-0 which i would happy with that but in all honesty the last 3 away games we've conceded 11 goals to scoring 0 so it aint looking good unfortunately
I am with you on this As soon as I saw this fixture earlier today I said it has 0-0 written all over it.
i just can't predict anymore! I'd like to think we'll get a lot of chances, but at the moment we don't seem to be able to take them so that seems irrelevant. 0-0 would be deadly dull, let's hope for some kind of score! i'll go for 2-0 Watford...just coz i'm forever hopeful! lol Well done again Ak ...good thread
If you cannot get HTML access from Mick for whatever reason, ask me nicely and I might do it for you There are however limits - 10,000 characters but that should not pose a problem
I am happy with BB, there are a small number of things I do not like but I think in some times it is easier to write something and not waste characters on codes.
i can belive that! i remember when i learned German it confused me completely sticking the verb on the end! lol
Are we going to get point, nope! as Norway said in the last match thread a six pointer already, this early in the season, can only be bad news!
