Southampton will be the ones in red and we will be the ones in white ( thankfully we don't have to wear that bloody awful pickled onion monster munch kit)

Away fans are located in the Northam Stand at one end of the stadium, where normally up to 3,100 fans can sit. The view of the playing action and the facilities within this stand are excellent. Leg room is very good. The sizeable concourse behind the stand features a Ladbrokes, has TV's which show the game as it is played and a number of eating and drinking outlets. There are plenty of staff and the queues are never long. There is also a 'Pie & Pint' outlet, that as the name suggests, only serves beer and pies. How pleased was I to see that ?

I thoroughly enjoy my visits to St Mary's. The stadium has a great atmosphere and the facilities are excellent. I particularly commend the Club for the friendliness of all their staff, from the stewards to the catering staff. Considering that away supporters are treated with contempt at some other clubs, this makes a refreshing change. Coupled with the friendly attitude of the home supporters and the excellent facilities, then this to to me makes a visit to St Mary's one of the best days out in the League. Southampton have toilet facilities around the perimeter of the ground which are accessible prior to the turnstiles opening. Well done Southampton, it's the little touches like these, for the fans comfort and enjoyment of the day, which make all the difference. If you can go then I recommend you do.

Apologies for putting this up a bit early but I'm down the Liberty tomorrow for the St Gallen game, am out on the piss on Friday and possibly Saturday too so I might forget, so it's now or never.

A special mention in this match thread to our mod Neveroffside. He lives 10 minutes away from St Mary's but the useless lazy fcuker isn't going. Just thought you should all know. Valley is a much better mod

To add insult to injury I will be driving back from Birmingham when the games being played, as the wife decided to visit her parents this weekend and we can't change as we have a party to go to. So I'm NOT TOO pleased.

SA, Plenty of parking around the ground, as it's on the outskirts of a business park. You will have to pay a £5 mind.

 

You could ask the Southampton fans they seem a very friendly bunch, much better than asking the resident pisshead, I bet he doesn't drive anywhere (Sorry Dilli)

We are a friendly bunch! Some of you have already been over to the match thread on our Board. Others welcome. Looking forward to a good match from two sides that like to pass it around. We are on a good run of three wins and three clean sheets. Just hoping Dyer doesn't score against us again. Will be tight but obviously I'm hoping for a Saints win!
