Morning all, well now match threads are not normally my domain, but I thought on this D (demolition?) - Day we needed something a little bit different.

Excuse me for intruding, but on this day
As vital as any have been,
Where a win would just guarantee us our stay
Perhaps this can help set the scene

Twenty-six plus thousand fans will be there
As yellow and green as can be,
Ready to roar on the lads, and to cheer
    Them hopefully to victory

Wave after wave of attacks would be nice
While West Bromwich stand by and watch,
And hopefully that will be Hughton´s advice
In this, our last Carrow Rd match

Now that the scene has been perfectly set
So that a win will do the trick,
There´s no excuse not to go all out to get
Some goals from the very first kick

And if such a one should go in early doors
I´ll guarantee, for what it´s worth,
That anyone listening will hear all the roars
At Loftus Road and in the north

And although I can´t physically be in place
Today there in our fine city,
Make no mistake, until I´m blue in the face
l´ll be yelling OTBC. ( and any other conceivable chants I can think of)

If we do manage to beat Brom today then correct me if I'm wrong, but I'll be hoping Wigan beat Areanal on Tuesday? I think that would place us over villa and leave a winner takes all Wigan v villa last day, or am I still under the influence ? Would still love to see that smug bastard Lambert go down, and after yesterday have found I like Wigan a bit more than I did from the top of the club down, so other than our own demise at there hands I'd really like them to survive now !

    Four hours and counting
    Tension is mounting
But so it is, I guarantee,
    Up there on Wearside
    As is ´Geordie pride´
As they take on Rangers QP.

Nerves now starting to jangle a bit.
If the guys could pretty-please try to do it today rather than leaving us needing something next Sunday, my ticker would greatly appreciate it.

Started the season in reasonable health. Ending the season needing a pacemaker. Thanks NCFC!

Dont really see what is wrong with having one up front? It all depends on how you play. If (probs wont happen) Pilks and Snoddy are pushed forward and Hoops in behind that is quite an attacking line up really. Many good teams play with 1 up front but are still attacking. Although I accept this may well not be the case today

As much as I think NCFC is well supported, we are the biggest whiniest bunch of supporters.

Come on City, put this to bed for us all please.

Glad that Ruddy starts, should mean the presence at front and back is evened out and we will look more solid to WBA. I hope it gives the players in front of him a boost.

    Come on City, come on

I like it, my only query would be Whittaker for Garrido. Howson looked pretty comfortably on the ball against Villa and was passing it around nicely, and Pilks at times was almost playing as a second striker, certainly providing a presence in the middle.
