very clever tactics today from malky, he realised that helguson up front will hold up defences and if they push up too high then we can play the ball over the top for bellamy, who had the beating of the blackpool players today.

the formation was sort of 4-4-2 but bellamy floated all over the shop and stretched blackpool and created numerous opportunities.

the goals came from an unlikely source in connelly, who i think will keep turner out of the team now, and a whitts free kick which for me the goalkeeper wasnt expecting and a better one would have saved it. some of our play was excellent and its 3 points i didnt expect........<ok>
 
Easy win.

Connolly played well as did all the defence.

Turner in my opinion is the divisions best centre half.

Weve got a top squad this season. Gunnars best performance for a long time. Had to perform and he did.

Good nes that we've a CB that can keep the divisions best centre half out of the team and that replacements have to step up to the plate as it may be their only chance. No complacency with injured players haveing no guarantee of getting back in (unless you're a full back)!!!
