To me the biggest stand out of the match stats of the last few games is the shots on target , Leeds v southampton , Leeds had 4 shots on target everton v Leeds , Leeds had 0 shots on target , we cannot win games with a couple of shots on target , what's your thoughts on the stats for Leeds games and how and where we can improve and win ?

I would have thought the most important stats were goals scored and goals conceded.

Providing in each of every remaining league game, the goals scored is greater than goals conceded, then we will stay up

That’s an interesting theory Aski. I’m not sure if it’s true, but I read once that teams that scored more than their opponents won 100% of those games.

probably one of those nonsense stats, you hear quoted, with no basis in truth

    :emoticon-0148-yes:

Then again we all know that all my stats are produced from a maximum of 5 minutes searching on Google, so I am sure someone will be able to link to some amateur looking website that proves that theory wrong ;)

… no doubt aski. I wouldn’t worry though 97.3% of the posters on here think stats are a waste of time, and 82.6% of posters don’t understand them anyway.

Despite the above, 43.6 % of posters are still quite happy to quote stats on the occasions they think they have found a stat to support their argument.

100% of my stats are made up on the spur of the moment

Hope that’s cleared up any misunderstandings.

We can't even get close enough to the goaline to score , Rutter again not scored what a surprise . And I'm getting sick of melior being way off his line. He could've saved both goals tonight at fulham had he been on his goaline

not necessarily - we managed to be 2-0 down to Leicester earlier in the season with them having had only 1 shot on target.
