That's about it Stan. "Hull beaten City on their own turf" "an air of complacency within the City dressing room" "Prior to Hull’s 35th minute opener, the statistics showed that City had enjoyed 78 per cent of the possession." There's only one "City"
Manchester City’s title hopes were dealt another blow as a gutsy performance from Hull City saw them almost take maximum points from a flat Etihad Stadium... http://vivafootballcalcio.com/manchester-city-1-1-hull-city-milner-late-point/
To the rest of the footballing world, yes, yes there is. Heroic by us, woeful by them. I should be a reporter ffs.
I see the Supporters Trust has used the same source as you posted, OLM. http://hullcitysupporterstrust.com/match-report-manchester-city-1-hull-city-1/?
Supporters from Bath, Birmingham, Bradford, Bristol, Canterbury, Cambridge, Cardiff, Chelmsford, Chichester, Coventry, Durham, Ely, Exeter, Gloucester, Guildford, Lancaster, Leicester, Lichfield, Lincoln, Norwich, Oxford (City & City Nomads), Salford, St Albans, Stoke, Truro, Wells, Worcester, York & Salisbury may think differently. Supporters of the "City Football Group" must be the most confused, they have three (Manchester, New York & Melbourne) all under the one banner.
Oh well spotted SCB, although its true, it is quite common. Fact remains, most people talk about City, they're referring to Man City. Same way as most people referring to United don't mean Hull Utd. Nice to see the AKACTWD website doesn't try to mask what it is still. The campaigns section is particularly interesting. OLM - before you start, a number of people seem capable of providing updates, yet choose not to do so. It'd be better having blank areas than what you have, unless you're done pretending its just a rebranded CTWD and not a new all encompassing representation of the majority of the fan base.
The Campaigns section of the website is actually details of FSF and SD initialives, I think what you actually mean in the No To Hull Tigers section of the site, which details everything we did as CTWD and hasn't been updated sine June 2014. Though we have moved on and become a trust, we see no need to delete the history that led to the formation of that trust.
Sure, so create a history section. You can list the details of your name change in there too. Although, if a name changes, doesn't that invalidate all history associated with it? Aren't they from that point on, 2 totally different entities? Weirdly, it seems that the name change hasn't affected one single aspect of your protest/supporters group. There's references to both all over the site, in titles, in comments, in articles. Maybe there's a lesson in there? As it is, it looks like the number one campaign you're running is against the clubs owners and that you're still CTWD. In all honesty, as he seems to be a much better writer than anyone else you've got, you should get your lad to do the content on there, I'm sure he'd at least give it a consistent and better quality message. Plus he, and his generation, are the future.
