And it was Smith’s two goals that saw his scratch team come out on top. Tom Cairney got the goal for the other lot. New boy Michael Madl started at the back with Richard Stearman but swapped to a midfield defendive role in the second half, alongside Scotty Parker. please log in to view this image As you'll have seen, Madl is still missing his squad number - 22 is the first one still to be allocated. Although that was far from a good omen for recent past holders Csaba Symogyi and Freddy Stoor. Neither of whom got game time unlike Elliot Omozusi who got time of another kind all together!
